My 61 Parisienne before winter storage

Original Toronto car. Sold by Hogan Pontiac Buick. March of 61. I have owned it since 1984. Finally finished about 9 years ago. Just a 283 powerhouse car with 3.08 years. Factory colour Honduras maroon.

Outstanding car! My dad bought all his Pontiacs at Hogan and I had a cousin who sold cars there, close to home in Toronto's East End. I also bought one car there a '86 Monte Carlo SS once they relocated to Scarborough and switched brands. Still in business.

B.E.A.U.T.I.F.U.L.  I smell a C.P. feature car here. Talk to Todd and see about getting that 61 beauty on here as a feature car. Cheers.

Great looking car Bill. No doubt there are a lot of NOS parts on it.

Absolutely, please send pictures and story to Todd so he can feature it. Stunning would be an understatement, what a beautiful car.

Beautiful Bubbletop, In the late 60s I had a 61 Laurentian bubbletop, 261 cu.in., 3 speed standard, would love to have another one.

Thanks for all the compliments. It was a quick build. Only took 12 years.

LOL... what's a measley 12 years?!

Seriously, though.  Beautiful car, it would be a perfect feature car candidate IMHO.

I love this car.

Do you ever take it to shows ? I go to a few shows around your area and I've never seen the car.

I'll say one more thing about this beautiful car, I absolutely think that the wheels and tires completely nail it for this car. Those earlier tri-five poverty caps with trim rings and White walls are outstanding , the white on the centre of the cap complements the tire and with the ring and chrome makes for a unique and outstanding look.

Ray, those are not tri five (55-57) caps, those are 1959 caps. Cheers.

Had no idea what year the caps were. Picked the set up in Woodstock a few years ago. Fifty bucks for the set if memory serves me. Biggest problem was finding trim rings. 6x15 on the front and 7x15 on the back.

You get my point George 57, 59 whatever, they look great and are not 61.

I'd suffer with having that car to wash and wax!
