For that kinda of money it better be a turn key car. If not it doesn't matter how much was invested it's still then a project that needs to be finished. No description or mention of size of motor-SBC/BBC or an auto or stick car. Very very vague if you ask me. Probably one of them instances where the wife told said fella to put it up for sale so he did with a very non-descriptive ad. Then he can say that he tried...........This my opinion of course.
