I think this guy is in Ireland and the cars he's fixing will not appeal to 98% of you however he does a great job with the filming. All of his disassembly is done with stop motion cameras (like the Hagarty engine rebuild videos). For some reason this is deeply satisfying to watch. Lots of rust where he is!
