Pulled a oops in Portland....need an American address.

In my haste at the Portland airport yesterday to fly back to Calgary, I left my tablet there.

......and having a few beers at the airport pub had nothing to do with it.

The Portland airport lost and found have it, but do not ship lost items outside of the U.S.

My options are to have it picked up at the airport or have it shipped to an American address via Fedex.

If anyone is returning to Canada (Alberta/B.C.?) from the U.S. that has an address I can send it to and bring it back,

i would greatly appreciate the help in retrieving my tablet. I have 30 days to get it back.

George, just get a free mailbox in Blaine or the like. Someone close could go to it and pick it up...then send it from BC.

A lot of us close to the border in southern Ontario have one in Niagara Falls NY. It's' dead easy to sign up, it costs about 6 bucks per package.

If it doesn't work out with Jerel you can send it to Sea Wings in Bellingham and they will ship it to Victoria...then I ship to you. Just need to have them put my name on the package. Do this with all my parts that the vendor ships free in the US. I just have to pay from Bellingham to Vic. www.seawings.ca/

Boy did I luck out.....

Unknown to me, my daughter-in-law's cousin from Calgary goes to school in Portand.

I almost got the tablet home last night as she was heading back to Calgary and was  on her way to

the airport in Portand to fly home. Unfortunately the lost and found was closed at 4:00pm.

Today her boyfriend in Portland retrieved the tablet and I should get it the next time one of them

meet up either in Portland or Calgary. 

I wan to thank all the CP members who were willing to help with suggestions or giving me an address

to work from (Jerel,Jim,Mike,Mark). I knew someone would help,because that's how we Canadian Poncho members operate.
