RE: The story behind a 66 C-10 project truck called "Lil Miss Lily"

Back onto the truck project a while back. Body work on cab is done. Now I'm try to get 54 year old box sides straight. Cab should be ready for interior paint next week, then the firewall and plunk her back on the frame! Lily just had another check up 2 weeks ago in Vancouver...still cancer free! Talking to her..she is still going through hard times. She has lost a lot of friends that she made at Children's Hospital. Some update pics....

Glad to hear she is doing well, and to see the progress on the truck.

The thing is Jim we all know on this forum that you are a long time body builder on the side. Being able to lift that cab on there to me wasnt a surprise.

Guess I should bump this up! Thought I had...... Didn't like the look of the stock dash background(black) with the lighter interior colour so thought i would lighten it up a bit. Think it looks a lot better in my opinion......ya....or na..for u guys?

She is starting to look like a truck!!!  Anyone have an aftermarket wheel for sale??? Who would have thought??? Bought the interior at a swap meet for cheap, but bought the miss tint paint about 6 moths before that for peanuts. Seems it was meant to be....almost twins!!

Well hopefully karma has worked out with all that for all the effort you have put into this project. Looking really, really good.
