'64 Parisienne Turn signal switch needed....

I have a customer that needs a turn signal switch for his 1964 Parisienne non tilt. Nothing here on the west coast

that I can find will come close. Maybe another year or make. That's why I'm here. Thanks in advance.

Bob

Buy one for a 64 Impala, it should fit fine. I cant remember but I think the gm part number is on the part, check the old one.  I put a 63 Impala switch in mine, it works perfect. The 63 and 64 have different switches.

If I'm not mistaken the 1964 Chevrolet Impala should be the identical.

Should be a few aftermarket suppliers out there.

Yes, indeed. Don and Greaser are correct. Actually, the '64 to '66 Chev switches are the ones to order. Hubbard's Late Great Chevy, Classic Industries, Impala Bob's, and Restoration Parts Source all carry them. RPS has them for $43.95. I would strongly recommend that, since you will have your steering wheel off, replace the cancelling cam (roughly $6.00 to $7.00) at the same time. I ordered the switch and the cam from Hubbard's and am very pleased with the quality and the service. Good Luck with this project.

great help with the t/s switch.....worked perfectly. Thank you.

And now I need the "chrome strip" for the front of the convertible top "cover" that fastens to the back of the rear seat.
This is the piece that the top cover slides into so it doesn't flop in the wind. I do have pictures of where it ( I think) should fasten.
Not sure how to load pics to the page. I can contact via e/m or text if needed. Thanks in advance. Bob.
