Classic example of a time waster.

I see crap like this on Kijiji all the time: disbelief

Not exactly selling at this moment just seeing what I'd be offered. She is still my daily driver and she will be until I get a new vehicle. 179km it's got some body rust on the bonnet and around the bottom of the doors. I had the passenger side rocker done last year and the brakes done about a year and a half ago. Just wondering what I can get make some offers. Text me. Again just seeing what I'm offered.

So, to be clear, just what is this person wanting?  For you to text him what it's worth based on some photos and a description?  Or do they want you to check out their vehicle in person, and do an appraisal?

Honest or not, it doesn't make sense - nobody is going to be able to give a proper value based on photos and text, and nobody is going to give an honest appraisal for free.

Don't really understand what they think they are going to accomplish, other than to frustrate people actually looking to buy a vehicle.

Bombard him with replies from all your relatives, friends and acquaintances! Put his ad up on several washroom stall walls. biggrin

I agree 100% with Dave. No matter what it is if they say "taking offers" I figure they want way more than I'm hoping to spend. If you want to "take offers" put it in an auction.

That's a lot of work to a car that's already not worth anything if the person had to sell it. Might as well take it to the grave with ya........Unless it's a Mallet conversion car. These had GM 427 ltr conversions done to them. Super rare. Apparently real quick cars.
