American car, yes. 4 door, yes. But... looks like a good entry into the hobby for $3500...
However, it does say Nova Scotia car, so one would have to look it over as it is not clear how long it was in NS and how it was used (i.e. winter car)... It doesn't look bad and appears to have factory tinted glass (common on air-conditioned, southern US cars), so may be worth a look.
