NO DEAL.
Car Might be worth $10k to somebody...MAX. Not the best era of Corvettes IMO. And, theres No flippin way theres $4000.00 worth of chrome under that hood!!! If hes got a boatload of cash to go with it hes better off negotiating taking a chunk off the purchase price of a property for the value of the car or Sell the car for what he can get and use the money for a down payment on the property. Good luck to him because hes going to need it!!

The Devil is in the details on this one, its all there in plain English, he's not suggesting the car is straight up traded for the land but he is suggesting it be part of the deal. Lets read what he wrote:

Its an innovative way to move along a car and brings attention to his ad on two fronts, the car and the land. The car is what it is and its value is what the market would bear based on all the things everyone has ripped upon it. Certainly well less than $10,000 imo.
