Nope, all I can find is the grease fitting. I can't even find the boot listed.

And as you likely know, it appears this is original to Canadian cars only?

Yes, 1964 and 1965 canadian chevelles and beaumonts.  Jury is out if they switched 1/2 way thru 65. I seem to recall some 65s without.  for sure all 1964's tho.

Is it possible that the boot and clamp might be the same as a 60's truck or even and early 50s GM car?  might cross reference, but really not sure.

MY BEAUMONT HAS 4 STUDDED TIRES AND 2 BLOCKHEATERS......AND LOTS OF OIL UNDERNEATH.  The other one has a longer roof.

 friends June build 65 Beaumont has them. The 60s trucks are larger
