There used to be a pewter one of these in a town 20 miles south of me. I saw it often, Magnum 500's on it which looked absolutely perfect on it. The pewter and stainless complimented each other perfectly.

Friend's father bought a new 62 Burgundy Starfire Convertible in summer 1962 from North York Chev/Olds.

The Olds 394 in the Starfire was still a tough competitor on the street as the real serious stuff

was just beginning....always loved these Starfires...oh man I'm afraid to do a road trip ....smile
