GM Canada pre-Vintage Vehicle Services paperwork

My brother has astounding luck sometimes, as an example, he is the only person I have known to find twenty dollar bills (notice that's a plural).

Recently he bought some used books, and in one was paperwork from GM Canada with information on a 1968 Camaro.
Now, I have understood that years ago GM Canada would give a copy of the broadcast sheet(?) that the car in question was on;
I have understood this, but had never seen a copy of this paperwork.

Included was the applicant's name and address on the cover letter, along with an RPO breakdown page, and colour photocopy of the broadcast sheet(?).

I am wondering if Mr Zapora's predecessor maybe made a mistake on his RPO rundown, because it really looks to me as though the codes used are partially from the car above it.

Does anyone know how to decipher the codes on these sheets?

Do any members here have this type of paperwork, that maybe Mr Zapora, or his predecessor spelt out for them?

----more information---
(warning, I can talk... err type)

The reason why I am asking this is because deciphering GM RPO codes, weather it be for my 1991 Grand Am, or my Firebird, is something I like to figure out;
To me it's like a puzzle, it doesn't have to have meaning, but the fun is in making sense of it;
I find this to be highly intriguing, as I am a details guy, and would love to see the sheet like this that my car is on, if only to decode it... although I will probably never see it. :(

It looks to me as though the line that the car's vin is on would logically be the first line of information on the car in question;
The line starts after the vin indented, with two four character codes (number, letter, number, number), then a four number code (all of which I am unable right now to understand), followed by 5900 then the two letter colour code (in this case 5900YY; indicating 'butternut yellow').

If this is indeed the first line of the car's codes, then everything seems to make sense to me because a little after the colour code is a W84 (which does seem out of sequence) that indicates extra fuel for delivery, then the RPO codes are listed alphabetically starting with "A", and depending on the cars options, ending with "Z" codes;
All RPO's start with an "05" in front, and a two letter code behind (eg: '05A02AA'; this looks to be RPO 'A02' which the previous owner of this paperwork decoded as being for a tinted windshield).

Now, I gave that 'A02' RPO example for a reason;
I have understood (possibly erroneously) that Mr Zapora sometimes picks and chooses which RPO codes he shares, and that in and of itself has perplexed me;
He gives RPO information not on PHS information, but often PHS can show at least one thing that he doesn't.

The RPO breakdown page for this car does NOT have A02 on it, nor does it have the following code, but it does have the next two codes which end out this line;
Now this is where I am wondering if the vehicle's RPO codes are actually INFORNT of the car's vin - starting a line (or more) above it, as everything starting at he 'W84' which preceeds the car's vin, and ending at the car's colour seems to be what the code breakdown was given for this car.

Can anyone speak offer any insight?

Signed;
"Curious"

I added a very small scan of the sheet so that any members who might know what I'm talking about can help me out;
I have understood that these pages are no longer given, because there is information on multiple vehicles on each sheet, and if I recall correctly the concern is that someone might be able to do something with this information - so my attached image is hopefully small enough that no one will be able to misuse any information from that sheet.

I have it for my car, it's been posted on here before. The concern was that the key codes were on there. I never really understood the concern when you can start and drive away one of these cars with a flat screwdriver.

/\ thank you for replying!

that's probably what those two alpha-numeric codes are that I didn't understand!

yeah, for cars this old, odds are the keys have been changed decades ago...

Do you know how to read this?
(maybe I'll pull out my computer and shoot you a private message)
