Identify these hubcaps?

Can anyone identify these hubcaps?   There was a set at a recent swap meet, and I wondered what they were for.  The vendor didn't know if they were 14" or 15".  I suspect from the 70's or maybe even up into the 80's.

Are they American only or by this time was Pontiac Motor Division (PMD) used by both Canadian and American Pontiacs?

I remember reading Pontiac Motor Division on new cars when my dad sold Pontiacs back in the 1970s.

From the Canadian 1975 brochure (note that they mislabeled the wheel choices... biggrin):

Ray is bang-on.

Back in '75 my friend's parents bought a '75 Laurentian Safari with those on it. Also starting in '75 all the LeMans & other G-3 intermediates came with 15" wheels & radials as standard.

Unless you had to have these for a factory restoration I can't see using them, have to be one of the poorest looking wheel discs I ever saw.
