Yes it would be nice restored but probably never will...... too much coin. I will never understand why folks do not include engine shots in these ads.

I looked at this car a couple weeks ago. By Alberta standards it's pretty far gone, but by eastern standards it's a beauty. 300 hp 350, turbo 350, 12 bolt diff. I think it's the original owner, and the shop where she used to take it is selling it for her. I checked the VIN, and if I recall it was a real early built car, like mid-August 1969.

That's a neat car.  Curious as to why you passed on it, Clint.  Are there a lot of problems with it?  I noticed it has hood pins... odd for a car like that.  Looks a little beat up but not overly rusty (east coast opinion... lol) in the pics.

I just go to see what's out there. This one was kind of neat, but the bottom 10" of the car is pretty rusted by Alberta standards. There are tin sections covering the rust.
The back seat was always folded down, with the carpet covered with plywood so the rear seat and cargo carpet are like new.

Oh, I forgot to mention the hood pins. They're just false ones stuck onto the hood, I've never seen them before.

The 350V fender emblem identify it as a Cdn Pontaic, and the interior door panels are Parisienne.  The same door panels were used on the US Executive & Ventura (which you rarely see).   Laurentian & Catalina shared door panels.
