I got one Lawrence but right now still has some sheet metal around it. Will get parted out in the spring if it doesnt sell. Guessing youd like one before then.
Thats great, thanks Jarel. I was hoping for early December to finish the car but if I do not get pieces by then I am not opposed to waiting for the right parts till spring.
Lever D is also available aftermarket but I prefer to use original parts only. The aftermarket parts are poorly constructed and in most cases do not fit well and generally require modifications. I will hold out for originals, they are out there, usually laying in a box or sitting on a shelf forgotten about.

Thanks for the offer. The lever would be correct for me but I think the rod connected to it is different from what I have researched full size cars have the longer rod. Without an original one to compare it to I am not sure if it will match. If anyone has the correct rod and can tell me the length, that would be helpful. I would take the lever but I just bought an original one on eBay. I am still needing the Rod C. I also have all the kick down linkage for the car. Thanks again Lawrence
