There was a guy in Winnipeg that used to rebuilt the center links. His business was Mid-Canada Suspension. I steered a guy I know with a 69 Buick Wildcat there, and Mid-Canada was able to help him out, but that was 8 or 9 years ago.
I just googled them, they look like they're still in business, give them at try at 204-475-3399.
That would be Norm Dumontier. He's semi retired but still doing lots of old car stuff. Well worth the effort to give him a call Mike. This kind of part is exactly the kind of stuff he's real good at helping out.

Norm is still very active , and in fact I'm going to his ship this morning . He only works mornings till noon Mon - Saturday ( closed Wednesday, and Sunday ). He does close for a few weeks around Xmas and for a month around Feb/ March , so I would get ahold of him sooner than later .
It can't hurt to try Norm. He's a really nice guy and very knowledgeable. When I needed a centre link a few years ago for a nephew's car he was just as cheap as any place I could find and I'd much rather deal with a guy like him vs a stranger.
If he can't help then that Ebay piece looks like a good option.
