ACK! Have a 20mm tear in my plantar fascia left foot. Felt it rip....in a moonboot now for 4 weeks. This will slow me down. At least its not my accelerator foot...

So did you kick the car hard enough to bend the tie rod????
That kinda sucks, as you say at least it is the left foot and it is an automatic......
