This 1957 Pontiac Super Chief Safari is a six-passenger wagon that was sold new by Walsh Pontiac of Evanston, Illinois and later moved to California, where it was acquired by the seller in late 2019, reportedly from the family of the second owner, who had purchased the car 53 years prior.

I would put on a set of wide white wall radials and add as many original dealer and factory accessories as i could find. Also that engine compartment would be fully detailed, then i would be ready to cruise. The only thing about these beautiful 57 Pontiac wagons that bother me, is that they used 56 Chev rear quarters. The only 57 Pontiac wagon with proper 57 Pontiac quarter panels was the Nomad bodied version. Still, i love this beauty. smile
