Yeah I consider myself a very fortunate person right now as far as this travel business. I was involved in a hostel chain for the last 20 years including Montreal, western Canada, and 2 in California. We've had a deal going on since last fall to sell and the closing date was now the beginning of March. I just got my first cheque this week. I don't think they will be paying any dividends this year. Sheer luck, it's all about the timing many times.
