Could be an L88 or an L78 car depending on how deep the pockets are? I would throw another pedal in it along with my 454 and drive it hard..........But that's me.

I would really hate to see what is lurking underneath all that filler!! It scares me to think how thick it is. The rust on the fender is fixable but it's the quarter panel that scares me and I'm a journeyman autobody tech! That panel would have to be replaced- no question. If I had the $$$/space I would tackle that job.........

I had thought my 1/4 was all steel.

Well it was but it was banged in and fixed with goop.

Boy they did a great job with the mud but they didn't prep the steel properly and the tin was starting to rust under the repair.

This car looks like it has the same problem.
