In my mind point to the creators of these cars for keeping the mechanical aspects of these cars pure -  ie.putting a mopar engine in a mopar, a buick in a buick,etc. ( instead of just putting an LS in it)

A fellow I know in the Ottawa area dropped a 4 door finned dodge/Plymouth on a full chassis from an 80s Lincoln town car, looked like the mopar from the outside.
