Yikes! Old story, probably in over his head and then the coronavirus struck. Very sad in many ways... hopefully the shop owner will get the money owed to him somehow, but it seems unlikely.

"It is alleged that the owner of the truck had owed a significant amount of money to the auto repair shop where the truck was being stored, and that the owner of the truck stole the vehicle in an attempt to receive an insurance payment," reads a release from Calgary police.

I use to work just up the block from that shop. I remember when that truck was there and it was a beautiful candy red- upper and lower (underneath). Easy had well over 6+ figures into that truck, like $250k. Pavement Princess all day long. I guess that's one way to spend your drug money. Owner is just 23 years old.
