Hi going through some extra Pontiac items, would like to auction them here on our site with all proceeds going to Canadian Poncho (I will pay shipping)
If it sounds fair to everyone, may the starting price on each item be $7.50 with auction ending @ 1700hrs (Calgary time) April 29th
Each picture is the (6) items for auction, one picture with the (3) glove box books is one item!
Hope I posted this correctly, will ship next day once auction ended and funds paid to our site! Thank you..

An interesting fact about that 1970 Pontiac Sales Brochure, the one that has a lot of black on the cover, is that it includes all models sold in Canada, so it has the traditional Canadian name plates plus Grand Prix, Bonneville, Executive, Catalina and US wagons. Furthermore it includes Acadian models in a Brochure titled Pontiac 1970..
I'm a bit confused by the present bidding. Wayne indicates there are 6 items (to me that's 6 lots), with an starting price on each item to be $7.50. However, bids have been $60 & $80 for the lot.
To me Clint each is an item, all together is the lot. I started it with $60 for the lot, $10 each I guess you could say, but my bid was for all of them.
OK, then so all bids are only on the lot of items?
You can't have it both ways because if people start bidding on individual items then the lot will be broken up, and likewise if people buy it by the lot, individual bids mean nothing.
Just my opinion - do it anyway you want - but I just don't see how it works trying to do it both ways at the same time.
Unless... keep 2 separate lists updated, one for 'lot' bids and one for 'individual' bids. Then at some specified end date, whichever list generates the highest donation for CP, that's the bid(s) accepted.
At least that clarity would help people understand where they stand in all of it.

My 2 cents only...

Hi sorry did not realize that the auction would create any confusion here on the forum, certainly was not my intent!
Unsure as to how to proceed at this point with auction, perhaps our site founder can help me with this one!
Again sorry for any confusion. Thank you for your input.
I just bid on these things to support Todd and to have reference material for the benefit of this site, I end up posting the engine charts in the thread Called "Engines Used by Year" in the Library. In this case though there are a couple of books I would like because they have personal significance but I'll try and check my library to see if I already have them.
Maybe the successful bidder will want to sell any items they dont want to keep out of the lot?
