I'm looking for a good SBC heat riser casting. The workings do not matter as it will be gutted, and the shift holes welded closed.
It's needed to fit a proper sized exhaust pipe flange/donut onto the one manifold. Without it, you have to deal with a large miss shaped opening in the manifold that will not properly take a donut.
Maybe there is a better way, but this seems the easiest. Funny, again, this is the one thing that we were happy to be rid of back when and have pitched out many of them. They can be bought new as a core, but they are dumb pricey.
They come in 2 inch and 2.5 inch, plus for future reference for others reading this post, you can buy them as a spacer without the guts.
