Just throwing this out there! Literally! I have a front bumper from a 65 Acadian Canso SD. It has a bit of a "blemish" as you can see. Probably not worth its weight but I thought I'd offer it for shipping only before it went to the metal bin. PM me and we can chat. I'll probably leave this post until next week then close post and recycle the bumper.
That would be a hard dent one to repair, but still doable. I've made (2) good rear '64 Parisienne bumpers out of (3) bumpers by "grafting" the good pieces off of (1) bumper into the damaged areas.
