This was posted a couple weeks ago. The kijiji ad states it's on Queen Tamara Way SE, which is about a mile from my place the way the crow flies. I cruised the alley's of that street, but no sign of the car or the distinctive fence posts.
Curiosity got the best of me and I went and looked at the car on the long weekend. Apparently I drove right by it on my earlier quest to take a peek.
Well, it's a project alright. It's basically a $500 parts car.
No keys, valve covers are in the rear seat so the engine internals have been exposed to the weather. I think it's turbo 400 (modulator by the tranny cooler lines), but couldn't see if it's a 10 or 12 bolt. I didn't bother trying to open the hood to check whether it's a 327 or not.
It's funny how your other senses do kick in sometimes when you see certain pictures.
