Some "Tiny house" person will probably grab it.

But they better be prepared for a heavy haul. These things must weigh huge! Any idea of how much?

The owners probably wanted it for that, but in Ontario there are a lot of laws in place against Tiny Homes (especially property tax regulations).

Here, on PEI, almost anything goes (for now).

P.S. My brother lives in a Tiny Home on PEI.

 Agreed.

But then reality sets in ... when all is said and done, it would probably cost 50 grand for the caboose and transport to PEI (just a guess). Then you have to finish the reno.

Yes and you'd need a crane to load the trucks (wheelsets).

...or, just get yourself one of these units and tow it home yourself!  Do they still have rail service on PEI?

No. One less thing to worry about here- getting smoked by a train. Potato trucks on the other hand...
