Looking for 63 Parisienne side view mirror. Found Thanks Don.

Looking for a side view mirror for a 1963 Parisienne. Same as in the attached photos.

I've been looking around and it seems like some 1963 Parisiennes have different side view mirrors than the one on the car.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Jeff

RE: Looking for 63 Parisienne side view mirror

Welcome to the site Jeff.

You're right about 63 Pontiacs having different mirrors.

That's because they weren't factory options from GM back in the day.

You also probably noticed some Pontiacs had them mounted on the door and some on the fenders.

That's because they were a dealer installation and option.

It was the customer's discretion as to style and location.

My 63 has the same mirrors you are looking for, and although I don't have any for sale I can

tell you I have seen this same mirror (new) many times at swap meets for sale.

I'm sure a search on the internet will lead you to finding a new one if no one here has one for sale.

Welcome again,

-G

See them occasionally on kijiji and at swap meets which don't appear to exist right now.

Ames does sell authentic 1965 Pontiac mirrors which are correct for both American and Canadian models. It is really a drivers side mirror but with an ever so slight adjustment it is functional on the passenger side also.

Thanks for the info norontcan.

I had looked at the mirrors at Ames and they are an option.
