Can you tell me what size the rod is that goes through it and what the OD of the grommet is (where it fits into the hole in the side plate on the carb)?

I may have something.

Randy, it looks the same as a 1957 Chevy grommet and bushing set. EKLERS CHEVROLET has them for $8.00 and there is a pair of them, two rubber grommets and two plastic bushings. I am not sure about the shipping.

The grommet fits in a 1/2" hole. 

The bushing fits a 1/4" rod. 

Grommet groove is .018", grommet thickness is .310". Bushing is .378" thick including the flange. The bushing is a nice friction fit in the grommet.

My deal is buy none, get one free. My shipping is a small percentage of the cost of Ecklers.  I want 0% of their shipping costs.
