My eyes, my eyes! I misread the description as Pontiac 210. I wondered why a Chevy model number on a Pontiac. That car was really rusty judging by the rust repair panels installed. In fairness to the seller, I was at a show and saw a 1950 Mercury coupe mounted on a 1980 full size Olds. It was well done and used the Olds floors and firewall. The owner had a scrapbook with construction pictures and the Mercury was beyond rotten, it would have been in two pieces except for the roof holding it together. I think this guy was trying to do something similar.

I think that's a fair assessment of the situation, Paul.  He was probably trying to save a car that would have ended up in the crusher otherwise.  

Looks like a lot of work, and on that note we should probably be praising this guy instead of criticizing...
