Anyone here subscribe to Motor Trend on Demand?

I've thought about subscribing to Motor Trend on demand but heard somewhere Canadian's can't watch a lot of the content. Any fellow Canadians subscribe and if so, is this the case?

Hey Todd, yes I had it. You can watch a lot of the content. And stream all the episodes/seasons. I was streaming through the Xbox one at the time, it had quality issues (app related) but I think they fixed it. It wasnt user friendly on the app I was using At the time as well... After the fix though it seems A lot better.
The quality was good and all the content advertised was on there to choose from.
I would pay for the year Deal when they have those promotions.

We need to use a VPN to be able watch all U.S. content without a regular "not available in your location" message. However, I haven't tried MT on demand because of the cost. I was most disappointed when they left YouTube, especially missing RoadKill and RoadKill Garage. I don't think I'm alone and they may end up regretting the decision. I gave up my sub to the magazine too, mainly for cost reasons but also because it was getting thinner by the issue.

Despite being "mature" I still have to pay around CAN270 per year out of my State Pension for a TV licence, even if I never watch one BBC program!

Which content were you looking at? I was able to see all episodes and seasons of roadkill on the app... and did not have to use a VPN... they also had all episodes of top gear and gas monkey, etc. No issues with viewing them.

I haven't looked at any content Mike. As mentioned in my post, I have not tried MT on demand for the reasons given......

Hey Todd, I have it, got it on a $12.99 for 12 months deal last fall. It's OK, they made some changes this year to the way the roll out episodes. When I started, they would run 1 episode of each of the main shows every month, so 1 week would be Roadkill, next might be Dirt Every Day, then Hot Rod Garage, Head to Head etc.. Now it seems they are rollin shows out individually by month. A new episode each week. It's alright with the good shows, but it's over too soon. There's lots of past seasons of other shows like Fast n Loud and the like, to binge if you haven't kept up.
To me if you can get a deal like I got, go for it, but full price? no way, they still find their way to YouTube eventually.

They do offer it to me probably weekly but I dont have the extra time to watch the programming already that Id like to. It is reasonable as I see my last offer is a Fathers Day offer for $11.99 for the year. Probably like Sirius radio, when your cheap term is over and you tell them youre thinking of quitting they make you another offer at $6 a month.
