too short of a visit with Jerel, Jerel`s mom , Mark and Randy. Jerel picked up some convertible seat cores from Calgary for me. I wanted to give him some gas money but he said just donate to the site so thats what I will do. Hope your Mom enjoyed the Falls today

I should have handed Jerel the keys and let him take mom for a ride.

Well to say she was impressed would be understating it. I think she thought it was well worth the wait plus the drive. She was very impressed with the young gentleman I was visiting with and she sure was frustrated for how long it took for her to take that picture. She talked about that for awhile.
Joining the Burlington Bylaw team and scouting out dogs doing damage in neighbors yards was another highlight. I think she has a little police officer in her. Even got a taste of Toronto traffic on our way up to Napanee this afternoon. Homestretch tomorrow through Ottawa and up into Quebec. Over 5000 klics has gone fast.
Truly was a pleasure to also meet Mark for the first time and catch up again with Randy and Kevin. Also to see Marks 65 project and its progress. Special thanks to Kevins wife for the visitor package for mom. Ill tell you that will be told many times back in Alberta. She doesnt forget things last me that.
Just has added to a great travel experience.

And then Kevins wife who of course hasnt even met her comes up with this souvenir package. Just blew her away as her whole house is filled with things like this. Probably wont be sleeping much tonight. Pretty big day.

It reminds me of the time in the 1970's that my dad's cousin from Scotland, dear old Aunt Mary, came to stay in Canada for a visit & spent time with us for a while. We took her out to see Niagara Falls and Niagara On The Lake. This was an aunt that up to that point I had never met, just received Birthday presents via airmail.
