For me getting max dollar for it now and seeing it restored and put in a museum would make me much happier

and be far better than leaving it sit in a field where no one can appreciate it.

He did nothing with it for 50 years.....he sure isn't going to do anything now.

Offer of $90,000 was rejected? Buys a lot of chickens and goats.

His estate will sell it, probably for the same amount he paid for it.

Geez, I got sucked into watching that whole clip.  What a waste of time. Imagine the guy has been hanging on trying to buy it for 20 years. I don't know who is a more sorry case, the crazy owner or the poor guy he strings along.
