When I see something this beautiful and optioned to the 9's I always wonder who ordered this car and why. The 50's were grand but this opulence is over the top.

I always thought it odd that Pontiac waited so long to mount the master cylinder up on the firewall. The US cars had the master under the car ahead of the brake pedal. My 49 is a pain to add or check the fluid level. I was at a show looking at a 1957 Bonneville and I couldnt imagine trying to get to the master cylinder with a V8 engine in the way!
I am in love. What a senses numbing complete beauty this car is. I have now seen three of these super rare 57 Pontiac station wagons. A Toronto 57 Pontiac collector had one and that was the first time i saw one up close.
