How many times do we find cars like this ordered by GM office ?
The average guy would not have ordered this car, the GM office would have used this as a show case and likely the top Manager would have used it as his car. I went to high school with a guy who worked at GM Zone Office on Leslie Street in Toronto, a car guy with COPO rights, the cars he drove were incredible. He loved ordering non recommended colour combo cars that always looked fantastic. He never held onto them very long because inevitable when out at a dealer someone would see one of his creations and want to buy it, which he had to permit.

My 69 Grande Parisienne 427 4 door hardtop had pretty much every option (except tilt for some reason). It was the Winnipeg Zone Manager's car before it was sold to the Pontiac dealer here in Morris. The dealer owner apparently drove it a bit before he sold it to the owner of the local jewelry store.
