Gazebo last week, garages this week....sigh

Welp,

I bit the bullet and said screw it. Built the gazebo last week (still waiting on the steel roofing materials), and started on the new garages this week. Had the land grubbed off and had it and the overburden hauled away. Had to have the rock breaker in to lower the back corner in one area, but we have a level pad ready for framing, rebar, mesh, blah blah blah. Im only allowed to go 750 sq ft in my area unless its attached to the house ( why I dont know) and only 15 ft from finished grade to the peak. Going to do 9 ft walls with vaulted trusses so I can put a lift in them, yes...them. Putting up 2 of them. Wanted to do 60x25 but that was kaibashed (Thanks HRM). Anyway, I will update as I go.

PS. Tried to post it in What did you do in your garage.... dont know what happened.
