1969 Beaumont Ignition Switch

Hey guru's,

Does anyone know what type of ignition switch I should have in my wife's Beaumont? I saw 2 videos - one that shows it mounted  on top of the steering column,  the other behind the lock cylinder up inside the column. I just received one (hopefully the right one) but thought I'd check before I start tearing things apart.  Thanks for  your expertise!

Do you have a part number for what you got? I should be able to confirm if it's the one you need.

Tilt steering or no tilt steering?

Hi Carl,
I got started on it as winter is coming & found out I bought the wrong one. The one I needed mounts on top of the steering column. I took the old one off, cleaned it up and re-installed, then it started. We got our last drive in for the season (likely) so I'll get a new one for spring. She doesn't have tilt steering, BTW. Thanks for replying!
