He says the metal is unharmed. It's one side only. That is a GREAT deal for a 65 owner. I know the wheel opening mouldings have the same shape, 65-66. I'm tempted to buy it and tuck it up in the rafters....

The metal where burned will be annealed soft. Probably not a big deal.
