They never give up. Look at the email I just got from "Paypal". 

The grammar, the punctuation, everything about it is a poor attempt to impersonate Paypal.

Probably only need a less than 1% response rate to be very lucrative.
When I read many car ads the grammar and command of the English language isn't much better.
