Yes - the late 40s early 50s monarchx used the lion theme in a lot of their emblems and the hood ornamanets
The funny thing about those lion head hood ornaments is that as the cars got older the owners started using the hood ornaments as grab handles to raise the hood - a lot of those hood ornaments got broken as a consequence
Here is the trunk emblem on a 54 Monarch Lucerne SunValley Definitely the same image but whether its the same size and application would be a question.
