If anyone has Apple tv there is a new series called Long Way Up starring Ewan Mc Gregor. The plan is to ride electric motorcycles from the tip of South America up to the United States. The support vehicles are two Rivian trucks and a Mercedes Sprinter. I have only watched the first episode and it was quite good.
I think if a guy wanted an electric truck the Rivian would be the sensible choice. Price (starting at 56k US) and range are decent. The Cybertruck and Hummer EV seem too over the top for me.
All these trucks first runs of production are sold out so what do I know?
