December 2020 Feature Car

COngrats George! NICE car. Got to love the 'just drive it home' experience.

I like the 4 speed, and especially that you took the time to make it look stock. Very nice.

George, nice to see your car featured. It is really nice. Maybe next year i can see it in person, they're apparently restarting the Grey Eagle S&S.

Congratulations on feature car of the month and enjoy many summers of cruising.

Good point Al, and even take it one step further by bending up a steel fuel line to eliminate most of the rubber hose.

You beat me to the steel fuel line suggestion Carl, I was already planning that change.

That will definitely be on the to do list. Rubber hoses look...so temporary.

Al's suggestion of a metal fuel filter wasn't one I

thought of, but makes a lot of sense , that too will be put it on the to do list.

Thanks guys.

Grey Eagle Show and Shine was a great venue every Wednesday.

It would be great to have it return, and have a meet up there.

Gorgeous! Love the nod to originality, but not slavish devotion.

Reminds me of an impulsive purchase, almost 30 years ago, of a low-mileage, literally little-old-lady (one Henrietta Silliman, of Toulon, IL) '50 Caddie Series 61 coupe that I bought from a dealer in Orlando. We flew down, jumped in it, and set out for Mississauga, just a couple of days before Hurricane Andrew struck. Made it home, safely, but there were some knee-knocking moments when I realized the old vacuum wipers would move the arms, but the 40+ year old blades weren't much good at sweeping the water off.

Very nice!  In all the time I've seen your car in your avatar I had no idea you had a 4-speed in it.  Well done!

Very nice!  The wheels and tires take me back to what I had on my 70 Cuda in high school!

Very nice George. Great story about picking it up.

Have known several people with a white 63 Parisienne and always loved the look.

The Cragars of course are classic and I love white.......enjoy the ride.....biggrin
