I was at the prime age when this show came out;
I had some of the toys and several colouring books...
Ditto for the A-Team, Airwolf, and Dukes of Hazzard (but that one started a bit early for me) - but Knight Rider was always my favourite.

I even remember hearing as a kid that there was a KITT at Universal Studios - man did I want to go see it!!

That being said, I was never a die hard, and when I attend the Trans Am Nationals in 2006(?), I heard that the Knight Rider club of America(?name) was holding their show nearby, but I couldn't have been bothered to go check it out...
But at that same visit, I was floored at seeing one of the screen cars at the Volo museum - it was awesome!!

When this program started being issued in dvd format, you had better believe I collected them all!!

Now, why have I barfed all thous out?

With me not being hardcore, I thought that this was fairly common knowledge by now!?

PS - even as a kid, I hated the pursuit mode garbage...
And even though I watched the early 2000's reboot, I thought the shows got exponentially better AFTER budget cuts - at which point in time the new KITT no longer transformed into a truck.
