The 1965 Chevrolet dash was used in many right hand drive Oshawa built cars. Maybe right up to 1970.

I did some research and the last right hand drive cars built in Oshawa were 1968 models. Apparently GM head office in the states stopped the production of r/h drive cars in Canada.
