Good eye, Darryl.smile   Since I live on the prairies, I have always been on the lookout for good arrowheads.  I am undecided if this NOS one will go on the hood or the trunk.  I believe they are the same.  Bill has definitely offered some

fantastic jewelry of late.  I could barely imagine anyone having an NOS Grand Prix grille for sale.  Any time to work on your '64CS of late?

I have been told by senior management to start cleaning out. My 421 engine rebuild cost alot more than a small block Chevy. In fact every part on this car costs a fortune. All parts need to come from the US.

Yes, Bill, I know exactly what you mean. My Dart engine in my '64 set me back $10,000.00. When I decided to redo my CS, I speculated that I would likely spend around $25 -$30 grand. I ended up spending just over $50 grand.
I would likely be very lucky to get half of that back if I tried to sell it. As my body man told me, "Nobody needs these old cars, but they are nice to have if one can afford them." We all have different interests and hobbies. Cars are one of mine, albeit one of the expensive ones. The satisfaction of owning an old vehicle let alone driving one is priceless.

Ahhh. I should have known that they are different. Well then, my hood will get a new arrow. I am certain that your Pontiac will wait patiently until the time is right to spend some time on it.smile

I will send you some pics of my 65 Catalina when this lockdown is over. 421 tripower HO with factory 8 lug wheels. Still under construction. Can't get into the car club right now and that's where the car is. The engine made 394 hp and 463 flb of torque on a chassis dyno at the machine shop after it was rebuilt. The floor was vibrating during the 5 grand pulls.

Sounds great, Bill. That is a great combination of hp and torque. I look forward to the pictures.
