I'd want to see a photo of the engine stamping. From the Protect-O-Plate I make out the stamping to be T0307IJR.

This reminds me of the 1963 Biscayne four door I saw at Carlisle about twenty years ago. It had a 409 with a three speed manual on the column. The seller had all the documentation. The only option was the 409 engine. The original owner had a dump truck and wanted the same engine as the truck in the car.

When I was a kid, a local guy here had a 63 Impala 4 door sedan. 327/300 horse 4 speed.

I know the guy who still has the power train. He stripped it out of the car and rolled the rest of the car into his pond on the farm. Yes, I'm serious....

That's quite a combination of options! At first glance I thought it was an old police car, but they were never equipped like that, with power windows.

Air ,maybe, in the southern states, but not in the north.

I did see the IJ 390 HP 427, but interesting enough that as among others, there's an IVR 396 stamping.

 he said with the ac brackets in the way he cant get a clear shot of the pad but he can see 30  JR and then the vin of the car after that. block casting number ends in 942

I would not be surprised to see this car fully restored to stock and sold at one of the big US auctions at some point in the future. It appears to deserve a resto.
