Is it called the Weatherstrip, front door ventilator division channel?
Mine is the 58 -> 69 Cdn Chev book.

Hi...NO, its on the other side of the vent channel. The side glass, front, rides up and down in it, Just rubber, no felt. It is contoured and pushes in to the channel, friction fit (I think)

THX

Channel, front door window glass run, front?
Looks like part number 5719560 for 1965->68 all -11-35-45-69 ( 2 dr sedan, 4 dr sw, 4 dr sw, 4 dr sedan ) ( 32.9 inches long ) or 9711381 for 1965 all -37-39-67 ( 2 dr hdtp, 4 dr hdtp, 2 dr conv ) and also fits some 1966, 67 and 68.

Seems to me its a simple replacement same as I did on the 64 Beaumont.

Hi... I attached some pics, well at least I tried.

I think it is #9.

Do you know where you can buy those parts?  I have all the rest of the channel and rubbers, but no one seems to be reproducing this piece.

It is a formed rubber channel, that has ribbing on it, matching the the front metal run channel and this piece is "friction fit" pressed into that channel....

Thanks for your time and effort

Here's a scan of a page out of a Lutty's catalog from a few years ago.

Hi.... These are "VERY" hard to find. Tried most of the big guys.. Steele (makes every other part except these !!!), OER, Hubbards, Softseal. I don't have a copy of this catalog, so that was out of the question. I thought, ANY, of the big guys would have these. Trying to explain to some of their parts people, who have obviously never seen a 66 Biscayne/Catalina is frustrating....

I just returned the "RIGHT" parts I needed to day to Steele. This is "The part you are looking for!!"

Thanks for your time and effort, Much appreciated

This was the most frustrating part to find when I did my 65 Biscayne 2 dr post... I never could find the right door insert ..and have since sold off the car . If your still looking , I ran the GM code you came up (part  5719560) and there is listing on eBay right now ...
