New weapon added to arsenal

Bright blues seems to be the colour of choice for the last two new vehicles featured on here.

Make room for the Big Horn.

A friend of mine has a 2018 the same colour. The only problem he has had is the window regulator has failed twice on the drivers side. The problem may have been corrected by now. The problem occurred in the winter if the glass was frozen to the window channel and you tried to roll it down.

You actually bought a truck Ray? I would have never guessed.

You'll probably end up liking it more than the Genesis!

Sweet truck Ray.Great colour. So with a new addition is there a fleet reduction pending? Living in the city parking must be a challenge? You will be instantly more popular with your non truck owning friends and neighbours!

Nice truck, congrats! The Quadcabs are terrific, and the hemis have proven to be great engines.

Even though there are probably more trucks per capita in T.O. now than previously (like the rest of North America), there is probably not the same amount per capita as the more rural parts of the country. Big Ray's Moving Co.!

I just ordered one here in Australia. A Ram 1500 Classic (DS), Quad Cab. They only come in one specification here for a Quad Cab:

6'4" tub
5.7L Hemi
8spd auto
3.92 axles
Express Value package (dual exhaust, 20x9 rims, cloth 40/20/40 bench, carpet).
Trailer tow group.

They come in White, Granite Crystal or Black. I ordered white.

They are RHD converted on a production line in Australia, very well done. You can see the Aussie versions here:
www.ramtrucks.com.au/vehicles/1500-express-v8-hemi-quad-cab/

Unfortunately I cannot option the Electronics Group, which gets you the 8.4" touchscreen, Apple car Play and dual zone Climate. To do this I have to find an 8.4" screen here out f a wrecked 2018+ Jeep, send it over to Infotainment in the USA, get them to unlock it and send back with the climate control fascia.

You can buy an Express Crew Cab in Australia that gets the dual zone climate and Sat Nav, 8.4" screen etc but it only comes in a Crew Cab with 5'7" tub, and I want the bigger tub.

Damn things weigh about 2600kg but will still do 0-100kmh in 6.8s and standing 400m in 14.8s.
