hoods and trunks for 66

So i picked up a trunk lid and hood on Friday from an auto wrecker and got home to find out the hood is the same but the trunk lid is not. Was a four door car i got it from and i didn't realize the hoods are the same but the trunk lids are different. Also got a piece of drivers side quarter panel off same car which i hope is the same. Learn something new every day at least.

The difference in the trunk lids has to do with the roofline. Next time bring a measuring tape along.

Not certain, but I think the convertible lid is the same as the 4 dr. too.

That's true for 1967 & 1969.   Not sure about other years.
