One of my Poncho shirts ended up in a hot water wash this weekend and I noticed some of the design had faded on the edges. I reached out to my supplier and complained and while they are replacing my shirt they told me these shirts are best washed the following way:

Inside out, in cold water. Tumble drying isn't recommended (however I've been doing that for years without issue). Do not use bleach. 

Don't iron on the design.
